Can't open Lectora project

I was trying to close a Lectora project after some changes I made and the program crashed.

The problem is that now I can't open that project again. I get the following error message: "Data file is corrupted or saved by a different version of this product. Some data may be lost."

I tried restarting Lectora and even tried to open the project after deleting the .ini file, but neither worked.

Is there any way to recover the project? I'd appreciate any replies as there is an urgent deadline pending.

(I'm using the Professional publishing suite v9.3(6345)
