Buttons ontop of flash

Hey, just wondering if anyone knows how to get buttons to show up over the top of a flash object. I put invisible buttons over the top of a flash piece, and they do not show up when I publish to html. I also put a normal button ontop and that does not show up when published to html either. When I preview this in "preview" mode, the buttons are there and work just fine.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!
