Test issues in HTML

Hello everyone I'm pretty new to Lectora and I am trying to publish a file to HTML with a few tests. Our old e-learning builder just had the users copy the results and mail them to our training department. I am trying to have the tests graded/scored/ then sent to an email address without having the user cut/paste/submit the results. When I publish the course I open question 7 (the last question) answer it then click next. I get this error every time.I/O Error, Cannot send results: Connection refused: connectI talked to our it guy and he said "it sounds like it's trying to write a file to a place/directory that doesn't exist."So i have no idea how to get this to work. Any ideas/suggestions would help.
