Button auto-size issue
June 7, 2016 12:00 AM
In Lectora v16, despite having the button autosize turned off, each time I attempt to edit the button text, the button resizes itself, reducing its width. Does this feature work? Anyone else having the same issue? Am I using this correctly?
Attached is a screenshot. As you can see the auto size, on the top Properties toolbar, is disabled, yet the button still resizes.

The auto size is used to automatically shrink the button to fix the width of the text. It has nothing to do with the way the button is displayed in different views. To keep the button the the same size (since it's automatically scaling to fit the view) you would need to change the button in tablet and then mobile view so it's the same as desktop. Once that's done the button will continue to be the same size no matter what device your on.
