Bookmarking and Tests issue

Recently our client reported that if a user exits the course in the middle of the test, and they return back to the coures, bookmarking will bring them where they return in the test, which causes all kinds of issues. Does anyone know a good way to force the navigation back to the certain page, if they come back to the course and the bookmarking brings them in the test section? (Assuming bookmarking is the only option based on a client request)
