Blurred JPG.s in Published Version

I captured screen activity and saved as a .jpg. I imported the .jpg into Lectora and then set the position and chose to resize smaller. It is crystal clear in Lectora, in Lectora Preview, but when published, it is blurry.I have to capture at a larger width outside Lectora to get the full-width of the item, but want to resize keeping perspective. Any suggestions?
