Blurred JPG.s in Published Version

I agree, I used SnagIT to capture, but I still found that the png file remained in tack while the .jpg blurred, even if captured in the right size. hum.....I agree, I used SnagIT to capture, but I still found that the png file remained in tack while the .jpg blurred, even if captured in the right size. hum.....
