Blurred JPG.s in Published Version

Hi guys.I've learned so much from this discussion. I'd like to share my experience with images. I used an image (jpg) as my certificate. As everybody said, the image holds well in Lectora but at runtime, the image is blurry. I noticed a big difference in the filesize. The image I attached is 169kb, kept the jpeg compression to a minimal and set the quality to 100%. When I tried to save the blurry certificate from the IE, the size dropped to 50kb. There must some compression happening at the back end. not sure if this is at the LMS side or at Lectora during publishing. If anyone had found a solution please share.Thanks.
