Background Audio Doesn't Behave Correctly

I'm trying to have an audio file (music) play continuously underneath all my pages. I placed the mp3 file as the background audio file at the Assignable Unit level. I have also tried placing it at the Title level. The problem is that, instead of playing continuously, each time you go to the next slide, the audio restarts. It works fine in Preview Mode but doesn't work when published to our LMS.

In terms of the audio properties, I the Auto Start option is unchecked and the Play Continuously option is checked (although I think this is just to loop it).

I'm using Lectora v. 9 SP1
