Bookmarking not working

Hi! I'm new to the forum.I have an issue with bookmarking within my SCORM 1.2 courses. Sometimes bookmarking works, sometimes (most times) it does not. For the life of me, I can't detect a pattern for when and when this doesn't happen. This is a big issue, because our network is slow and hangs up often, causing the learner to have to exit and relaunch a course.Some pertinent facts:* I'm using Lectora 2008. * Our LMS is SumTotal 7.5.* I'm publishing using the SumTotal Integrator download * I have checked "The published course will prompt to restore the last viewed location within the LMS." in the publishing options.* The course can be taken in several different sequences (it's not linear).* I do not have an Exit button/command on every page, only on the pages when the learner passes or fails the course. If the learner wants to exit the course before they have taken the assessment, they use the browser exit button. Could this be the problem?Any and all help is appreciated!Cindy Ravenna
