Avatar Experience. Thoughts, Attitudes?

Hi All,We're building a Lectora course (in Lectora 2008) with between 70-100 screens. Some of the screens merely inform, and others teach to perform a procedure as well. The audience is entry-level people for the automotive service industry. The prevailing media will be still images to show details.We started out with a basic plan to include narration, but with research indicating that "agents" help with effectiveness, we thought that perhaps avatar technology is the way to go. We might even imbed several characters to be part of a virtual training team. We're currently looking at SitePal, NOAH, and Character Builder.Anyone willing to share their thoughts, opinions and philosophies on avatar applications? Thanks in advance.Dave
