Audio/Video delays

I'm posting a new topic as I forgot to mention a couple of things. I'm running Lectora Professional Publishing Suite (V.2006 SP5, build 4310) not Enterprise. In my Training undefined ultimately, we want to make sure all the courses including quizes/tests run correctly (testing, feedback to students/instructors, validation, etc..). I'm still having a couple of problems with this particular course I'm developing. There are a series of short video clips with audio, most of them are about 1.5 minutes long; the longest is about 2.5+ minutes and they're all in WMV format. Here's the problem:1. It seems that some plug-ins are needed to be installed in order for the videos to playback correctly. At work, the videos in this course weren't running correctly and freeze up. So as a test, I logged into our LMS from home where I discovered that it was running MOSTLY okay and discovered these add-ons. I did a Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Manage Add-ons and found these on my home PC:- Diagnose Connection Problems(?) Browser Extension - Java Plug-in 1.5.0_11 (Sun Microsystems, ActiveX Control, ssv.dll)- SSVHelper Class (Sun Microsystems, Browser Helper Object, ssv.dll)- Tabular Data Control (Microsoft Corp., ActiveX Control, tdc.oc>)Question: Anyone uploading to an LMS experience the same problem? Do you need to download and install any of these plug-ins?2. From my home PC, I noticed that the audio kicks in before the video appears in the video window. To remedy the problem temporarily, I had to stop it first, then restart. After that - the audio & video were synching correctly.Question: any workarounds for this audio/video delay? Thanks in advance.
