audio not working

Happy Friday Lectora Forum..Okay here is my issue and I am just hopeing that anyone can help. So, here goes...I have converted a dvd to a .flv, avi, and .swf format...the problem is that I get no audio once it is played in one of those formats. I have inserted the file into Lectora...still no audio. Here is the other issue, I have Lecotra content that I have published to our LMS that works great for everyone else, but when I play the files from the LMS I do not get any audio...any ideas??? I do get sound on other files like .mp3. Oh and I don't get any sound if I play anything off of you tube either.
