Audio issues

I have a problem that is driving me crazy. I am rolling out my first Lectora-developed course and am using the HTML publishing route. The problem is that the audio is working on some PCS and not others. The audio is enabled through windows and system sounds are working. To twist this issue more, the audio will play on one PC through Windows Explorer and not FireFox. My first thoughts about this are centered on Java scripting and browser security.
