Audio .flv files not playing when published to single-file executable

You don't have the compression tab when publishing to single file executable. I'm having this same problem and have yet to figure it out. I have some animations with audio that I created in flash, then converted the .swf to .flv and embedded in Lectora. I just used the available Lectora navigation skin they provide. It plays and sounds fine when published to everything but executable. WHen I view the .exe it's just a blank page. I tried calling Trivantis Tech support but they don't answer. I don't even get to hold, I just have to leave a message. If you figure this out please email me at tomj.wilson@fiserv.com. I don't think this new lounge sends emails when people reply (Why? I don't know). Thanks.
