Audio .flv files not playing when published to single-file executable

I recently upgraded to Lectora 9.2 from 9a. Before the upgrade, I had published some courses as single-file executables that contain audio .flv files and had no problems with the audio playing. I made changes to these courses and re-published them as SFEs after the upgrade. Now none of the audio .flv files play, although the .wav files play fine. Any ideas?
Update 7/17/2009 -- I did contact Lectora support and sent them a copy of my course. They got back with me today and said that it does appear to be a bug with the new flash player and the exe format, and it will have to be addressed in a future service pack. It looks like I'll have to use the CD or HTML publishing option for now.
