Audio Editor - Not working with Windows 7
December 6, 2011 12:00 AM
I just switched over to Windows 7 and I cannot get my audio editor working. It will pop up in the tool bar, but will not record when I select record. Trivantis says it has not had any problems with this, and my company IT folks don't know what to recommend. I am using Camtasia recorder as a work around, but that just takes extra steps. Any ideas?

I recently upgraded to Lectora 11, which was successfully installed on my Lenovo T410 laptop. A week later, I was upgraded to an HP EliteBook 8570w laptop with Win7. It looked fine until I went to use the audio editor. I discovered that it was not installed. That led me to discover that the video editor was also not installed. I just installed the 11.1 service pack and it did not enable audio and video editing. Since the install was successful on a Windows XP machine the week before, I have to believe it's related to Win7. Has anyone experienced this?
