I am using Lectora Inspire vX.6, using the PC's audio system to create a WMV file, inserting the audio in the course, publishing the course to HTML, which changes the audio file to .flv. The audio works ok when I run the course in HTML through my company's intranet on a desktop computer.
However, the problem is when I run the course through an Samsung Galaxy tablet, I cannot get the audio to be loud enough to overcome some background shop noise. The speakers on the tablet can play a loud sound when they play music but I have tried almost shouting in the microphone, republishing the course, but the audio level still does not increase very much. I have the audio controls turned up to the max on the tablet and I don't want to use external speakers. Headphones don't work very well either.
Any ideas?
