On your assessment not scoring, is the assessment randomized? It sounds like it isn't, so on the last page of the assessment you need a Submit button with an action On Click, Submit/Process Test/Survey. If you have a Next arrow, this action also needs to be on the Next arrow on the last page. Simpler yet, just randomize the test - it automatically submits and processes the test when it hits the desired # of questions. Of course, the above is just a guess. If my suggestions don't work, give us more info about # of questions and other settings you're using, and where you're testing from.
