Archive and/or Storage

While a project is active, I back up the project folder on a separate hard drive on a regular basis.When projects reach completion, I drag the backup project folder to a "waiting to archive" folder. To save on discs, I wait until there are enough completed projects in the "waiting to archive" to fill a DVD, I burn a DVD and store it.I also find it a good practice to send a copy of a project's source files to the customer on CD or DVD.Anytime after this, it's okay to clean-up the hard drives.Dave
