Answer Form Submission

Hi all,

I have been asked to produce a piece of learning within Lectora, where staff look at a picture and then fill in a form, detailing breaches and errors in the picture. The person requesting this would like the answer form sent by email upon a Submit button click.

The problem I am having is finding something non - current question format related to do this. Is there a way this can be done? I can recreate the table/form they sent me in Lectora but I noticed you can't type into a table when running the learning.

I would appreciate, firstly anyone understanding my question and secondly any advice.
