An unknown error occured while accessing.

I have called CS but while I wait for someone to return my call I thought I'd throw this one out there. Has anyone received this error:"An unknown error has occured while accessing (file name/location)"I published some training (which the publish must not have gone right because in SumTotal it says In Progress, 1 hr later) and Lectora booted me out. I go to retrieve the very labor intensive training I created and it gives me that error. It opens up the file, but the training is "cut off" only showing the top part, not in order of what I've done but just the top section.I do save backups but haven't done one in 1 1/2 so I want to see if there is ANYTHING I can do to retrieve that bottom part. Thanks, in advance, for any info anyone could give me relating to this issue.
