I understand it sounds like a lot but this is how we have to do it. It's a form that we have to have nurses completely fill out and accurately based on requirements. This form has lots of little check boxes and fill ins and this is based on the case study that is above the form. Although it sounds like a lot, it really only takes a few minutes to complete the form. This is not your typical questionnaire and this is the way we have to do it.I'm just wondering if someone may know of some workaround. The content designer will not let me modify the assessment, unfortunately. I'm sure I'll figure something out but I figured I'd check out there.
