AICC_Course_ID not working

Hello all!I am in need of loading the Course ID from the LMS into a text field. The need is this: if a learner makes a support call to the help desk regarding a web-based training course, the most important piece of info they can provide the Help desk with is the Course ID. Admins may change the course ID, so we need to be able to grab the latest name from the LMS and list it in the Help section of the lesson.I've already done something similar which works great -- I access the AICC_Student_Name when the lesson first loads and store that variable info in a local variable, varStudentName, which I access later on to fill in a Certificate of Completion. We do this so that we can give the learner proof they passed just in case they are disconnected from the LMS over the course of the lesson.When I try to do the same thing with AICC_Course_ID, I get nothing. This is all on a Saba 5.1 LMS, and I'm in SP2 of Lect. Pub. 2007. Is there a trick here I'm missing?Once again, I'm able to access the value of AICC_Student_Name and store that in a local variable, but when I try to do the same thing with AICC_Course_ID, I get nothing.ALSO: When I look for AICC_Course_ID in the predefined variables section on the Help pages, I don't find it, even though it's one of the predefined variables in Lectora!Any help is greatly appreciated!!
