AICC not working/Html is working

Hi, I have a test that when html published works great, however, when i publish to AICC, the user passes, yet always gets sent to the test failed page as indicated in the test properties for when "test failed". I show immediate feedback which indicates each answer is correct. I do not show the score.Any ideas? My deadline was yesterday.
