Translation Tool Import

Hi, I didnt alter anything at all in the .rtf. We got 07 about a month ago, how do I find out which version we have and which patch are you referring to?This is actually a test title that I created to play around with the translation tool, so it's only 2 pages. I am highlighting the page level in the menu, do I need to create a text box on the page or anything else? the page is empty.
