Actually, all you need to do is replace the old image file with a new image file with the same name and it will update the graphic on all of the pages automatically. Renaming your new graphic file with the name of the old one should be easy enough, unless it's a different file type. If that's the case, you can still do a global replacement in the existing Resource Manager. Just select the graphic in the resource manager and rename it to the new file name and click Rename. Then copy the new file into the images folder. (BTW, to see the effect of either of these methods while you're authoring, you need to navigate away from, then back to, the page.)
