If you are referring to Lectora variables, you can simply use several actions to add the variables together. First, you would create a variable that will contain the total value, let's call it Total. In Lectora you would setup several on show actions with the first being to set the Total variable to 0. The next action would be on show, modify variable, select the Total variable, for the value enter VAR(Variable01) and the modification type would be Add to variable.
