Camtasia .swfs won't start -- sometimes

The files are on a server. They play fine in preview mode in Lectora, but once I've published to html and moved them to the server I get the problem. I experience the same problem on XP using IE, Mac using Safari and FIrefox. Using Flash 8 in Mac, can't figure out what version is on XP. Does that help? Thanks for the reply.
