Adding hyperlink to textselection unpredictable results

Hi,
My first post on the forum. I've have extensivly searched this forum but could not find anything about this.
When editing in Lectora I get some unexpected result when I want to add a link to a word of group of words which I have selected. When I highlight (select) text, or a word, or a piece of a sentence, and I choose: Add Hyperlink, then I choose ' Go To ' , ' Chapter, Section or Page ' , ' Open in a new window... '. When I click ' OK ' not the selected text has gotten the link, but either just a part of it, of the word that comes right after it.
I can't figure out why this happens.
I am using Lectora Enterprise Edt. v. 9 SP1 (6006)
Hope someone can give me some pointers.
