Adding Events with Windows Media File Editor

I am doing some work for a client where there are events triggered from an FLV file. I am tyring to use Windows Media File Editor with a WMA audio file, adding the events, saving, then inserting to Lectora page, converting to FLV. I am also attaching a captioned XML file. The XML shows up fine, but the events don't seem to be working.
I know in a prior post Ben mentioned that using the WMFE has been known to work. I'm hoping it does. Does anyone have any experience in getting the triggered events to work?
