Drag/Drop Question Question

I have a Drag/Drop question with 4 correct answers and 3 distractors (for a total of seven). The answers are dropped on a graphic.
Two of the correct answers go to the same spot. There is no way to predict in what sequence they would be dragged to the graphic.
Other than combining the two answers, is there a way to put two items in the same place but not have them judged incorrect if one is put before the other?
