Action: When Done Playing problem

I have been unable to import .cp files into Flash MX 2004 or Flash 8. I have to force the program to look for all files (even those incompatible) and when I import to the timeline, I get a "Cannot Load Library: 126" error.There's a suggested installation of a .dll file on http://weblogs.macromedia.com/mozealous/archives/2005/11/imp ort_cp_files.cfmbut that doesn't work; it looks like you may need admin privileges and I ain't got none of them...
