action on return to page

Thanks Kevin - I have no programming background, so am missing something. Here's what I have that is not working yet - but I'm close:
Created variable called menuVisited (Question for you: Do I have to include the page name in this variable name?) Initial value = False
Action 1: On: show; Action: show; Target: Text Block 1/ Conditions: Variable: menuVisited; Relationship: Equal To; Value: True
Action 2: Action Name: onshowModVar; On: show; Action: Modify Variable; Target: menuVisited; Value: True; Modification Type: Set Variable Contents; Delay: 2 seconds; Conditions: none
