Action Delay? Or Repeat?

Justin and Ben,Thank you for your replies. Unfortunately, they sound easy to you but I'm rather lost. I've never done an Action Group and the Lectora documentation wasn't very helpful.I also tried searching for "monitor" but got quite a lot of hits, and after a half-hour of looking at posts and not finding enough, I got frustrated and stopped. Sorry for being "noob-like," but just wondering if someone could just step me through this. What I really need is my own AICC heartbeat, as opposed to Lectora's default one. Lectora sends a post to the LMS every 5 minutes but only after an event has occured (i.e., moving backward or forward in the course).I need an AICC heartbeat that posts to the LMS every 15 minutes regardless. (Ideally, I'd also like to limit how many times this happens--say 5 times but that's a "nice-to-do.")Help!- Gerry
