Action Conditions resetting

I have had this happen before, so you're not just crazy.
It really ticks me off, since I usually only find that AFTER I already copied the action and pasted it in multiple pages.
Sadly, I don't know why it happens or how to avoid it. I just get paranoid now and check my conditions more frequently than necessary.
