A New Assessment Challenge (for me, anyway)

I've had a new request come in; now, my clientele now want to know if the following is possible:
Lectora presents a random scenario. The Proctor manually enters the score achieved into Lectora. If the score greater than or equal to 90, then that score is saved to the student's training transcript on our LMS. But, if the score achieved for the scenario is below a 90, then the score achieved is not saved to the student's transcript and Lectora presents them with a 2nd scenario. Whatever score the Proctor enters for the 2nd scenario is the final score & is saved to the student's stranscripts.
I can get Lectora to accept a score of 90 or above without showing a 2nd scenario, but I'm not sure how to get it to ignore a score below 90 on the 1st scenario and accept whatever score is entered for the 2nd scenario - especially when the score for the 2nd scenario could wind up being 90 or above. Thoughts?
