508 captioning .wmv skin

So I go to embedd the lovely .wmv closed captioned videos into a course and publish...deselected the compression to keep the .wmv player instead of .flv, but all the captioning and the caption control buttons from the original video file is gone. How do I keep the original skin to allow for closed captioning in the Windows Media player? I could launch the .wmv to play in the original player instead of on the course page, but think that if the video is too much effort, learners will skip it and move on.Any advice for keeping captions?
