What is happening is that the user has Adobe Reader and when they click the button to see the pdf document, it opens in the same window (of which we have setup as a player, so the browser does not have the file menu or any toolbars). Navigation is totally reliant on the buttons. With Adobe Reader, there is no way to go back. When they right-click, back does not appear in the right-click menu.
