To piggyback on Griffin's comment, if publishing to HTML you can add the PDF or other file as an Additional File (Title Properties, Additional File tab). This way the file is always published to the root directory, so if you know the html link where the files will reside you can build a static html link to the document. This works great as long as you don't change the html address because you never have to worry about copying/pasting the document into a certain spot on a web server - it will be there when you publish.Edited By: rhall01 on 2007-7-20 0:48:51
