You need to read the section in the User Guide about inheritance. What has happened is that you have the text blocks at a level higher than the page - could be the chapter or higher at the title level. Anything at these levels is "inherited" by the lower levels (pages). So, all you have to do is, in the left pane, drag the text boxes from the chapter or title level onto the page you want in the left pane. Training will help.
