Work space image placement not the same in view mode

I am consistently having to realign image and text. What looks correct in the work space in edit mode seems to shift in view mode.
Is there something I am doing wrong?
Attached is an image of the situation.

That's very odd! Can you share the course or at least the page? What version are you running?
Sure . I have the most updated version as I just installed this on Wednesday.
Attached is a file, pared down to try and remove the sensitive content. Not all the navigational buttons are working yet.
