WMV files not playing WMP

I am having problems with getting .wmv files to play in Windows Media Player. This is what I did to get the video files into Lectora:The video files were added to a separate video folder as well as added to the title properties. I added a text block and created a hyperlink to the video file so it would play in an outside window. This must be done as the video is a software demonstration created using Camtasia.This is what happens when viewing videos:When I use Lectora preview mode, the video files open in WMP (which is what I want - they are Camtasia files that show how to perform computer functions). But once the course is published to SCORM and uploaded to our LMS and the text hyperlink is clicked to view the video, the course window closes. I've also tried:Even when I embedded the .wmv file to the screen, the file never opens/plays. Is there something else that needs to be done to get Lectora to play the .wmv file in Windows Media Player?
