Lectora Professional Suite 2008 comes with audio and video editors that allow you to set events to sync with external events. You open the object, set the event markers as the times you want, then in Lectora open the Properties Events tab and select what you want to happen on that event. For bullets you will have to put them in separate text boxes set to initially not visible and then show them at the appropriate time.
