Windows Error Message - persistent data

I have spent ages trying to persuade Trivantis that this is a problem, we get it all the time with our LMS, the answer I got from support was to alter the trivantis.js file so debug was set to false. After quite a lot of working through courses I think it is due to the LMS presenting the size of the suspend data as null as this is its initial value when you first start a course, I believe there is an error in the function which calculates the current size of the suspend data which means it cannot cope with a null value. not sure if anyone esle has come to this conclusion.By the way SP 2 (for 2007) was supposed to remove all of these problems by eliminating the 4096 limit on suspend data as it is not a hard limit imposed by ADL but rather a recommended value. we worked with Trivantis support to resolve this earlier this year, when SP2 was officially relaes it did resolve the problem but the SP3 re-introduced it.
