Windows Error Message - persistent data

I realize this is an old thread, but I'm wondering if there was ever an answer to Brian's question about images. I'm getting the "Some of the persistent data was not able to be stored" error and I'm wondering if it is b/c my questions include images. Does anybody know?

Also, I tried an earlier suggestion of modifying Trivantis.js so that "var bDisplayErr = true" is changed to false, but that line is not in my trivantis.js file. Has that been updated in subsequent releases of Lectora??
