Windows Error Message - persistent data

i have the same message but i can debug and see that the raw score and the title of the test are being sent back in the suspend_data field when the test results are displayed. i have not initiated this so not sure under what conditions the suspend_data field is used to store this info. for whatever reason it does it the effect is to produce the error message and i wonder if the parsing of this URL string is breaking down due to the = sign: TitleofTest_Score=33
