window pop up error in 2005

In earlier versions if you create a pou up window and then in this pop up have a button that creates a second pop up and so on there is no issue, I have done it to a level of 6 deep.I seem to have an issue in 2005 that if I have a pop up, open a second pop up, and then from the second open a third..they open in the same window, not in a new one.Anyone else see this, is there a work around...Neil
