Why have the downloads from the Asset library not happening?

I have my IT team checking this out - but any suggestions would be great. Used to be able to download no problem and now suddenly can't.

Hmm it used to work perfectly fine previously - so wondering if this is a Lectora issue rather than a firewall issue from my end.
I have this very same problem - it's also veeeerrryyyyy slllooooowwww. They also appear in my history as downloaded but the download has never happened.
@DDugdale I just tried and it worked for me - could you please try once more? Maybe there was a network problem on the 15th.
