What Method of Export

I am fairly new to Lectora and have an issue in exporting.We have a home-built LMS (still under production), and using latest version of Lectora.I had initially built the course under a single AU then our developer came and said he wanted each lesson as a different AU. Once I did that I got the error that AU's cannot connect directly to each other that the LMS has to manage that. I tried the SCORM (Disconnected) export and that doesn't work at all.Any thoughts or advice on the best way to export the course? I am sure our developers have not taken into account having to manage the flow of the AU's in the LMS.ThanksJM
